What to Expect

We want your first experience at West Los Angeles Christian Center to be enjoyable for you. Here is some information to help you know what to expect:

What Time Are Our Services?
West Los Angeles Christian Center meets every Sunday at 11am for the Sunday Celebration, which usually lasts just over an hour. We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes early. This will give you time to enjoy some coffee, donuts, and fellowship before the service begins. We also meet every Wednesday at 7:00pm for Prayer and Praise. This is a great time to worship the Lord and to pray for one another and for other pressing needs.

What Should I Do When I Get There?
If this is your first time to visit West Los Angeles Christian Center, you will receive a visitor card for you to fill out & turn in by the end of the service. Sit anywhere that you feel comfortable.  Enjoy the people and the service.  If you have any questions, just look for one of our leaders in the front or back of the church and they will be glad to help you out.

How Should I Dress?
Come just as you are. You will see people mostly in casual clothes.  Come dressed in whatever you feel most comfortable in because we are not about what you look like or what you wear.

What Are The Messages Like?
Our goal every Sunday is to equip you with Biblical knowledge in a way that is engaging, relevant to your life, and calling you to action. Messages will be practical, down-to-earth, Christ-centered, and grounded in Scripture. Notes and/or audio for most messages are found on the church website in the “Pastor’s Corner”

What About The Worship?
At West Los Angeles Christian Center, we worship the Lord in an acoustic and intimate setting, giving room for the Holy Spirit to move and inhabit our praise.  We look forward to seeing more people, who are called to minister in music and have a submissive heart, to join our worship team.
